1/2 cup sugar (omit if grilling)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
8-10 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken
Marinate overnight. Chicken can be grilled or baked.
